Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana on April 151976. Ward was a student at Monroe Christian School, a Christian private elementary school. In her secondary education Ward initially attended Ouachita High School. She then transferred into River Oaks High School during the summer immediately following her Junior year. After graduatingshe briefly attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward began modeling at the age of thirteen and left her high school to go in New York. Her acting career started just a couple of years later down the road. At first, in the 1970s she played an uncredited character in the show All My Children. A couple of years later, she was cast for the NBC premiertime drama for teens Malibu Shores. In the year 1996, she was in the role in the role of Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. In 1999, she began pursuing her own film career, playing her psychological Brittany Foster in the erotic thriller The In Crowd.
